With bakeries and NPD expertise across Europe we are experts in creating a wide range of bakery products including Speciality Bread & Rolls, French Breads, Viennoiserie, Danish Pastry & many more.

The development process begins with understanding consumer and market insights on emerging trends and flavours to shape our product innovation agenda. Our NPD bakers then create a range of bespoke recipes in our test bakery for consideration. Once products are approved by our partners they are brought to market through our state of the art bakery which is BRC AA Grade and ISO 14001 accredited.
