A loaf with sourdough and mature red cheddar cheese, green and red peppers and jalapeno chillies.

ANCIENT GRAIN BLOOMER WITH SOURDOUGH

Containing an impressive blend of 13 grains. This wholesome loaf provides a healthier option that does not compromise on flavour.

SOURDOUGH LOAF

The dough has a long slow fermentation giving the loaf an open, waxy texture, chewy crust and a mild flavour which makes it the perfect base for any sandwich or meal accompaniment.

CRANBERRY & PUMPKIN SEED BLOOMER WITH SOURDOUGH

This cranberry and pumpkin loaf is made with our original 34 year old sourdough starter, sweetened dried cranberry pieces and crisp pumpkin seeds.

DATES WALNUT & HONEY BLOOMER

A bloomer style loaf with an abundance of dates and walnuts. A light airy crumb and a thin golden brown crisp crust.

OLIVE BLOOMER WITH SOURDOUGH

This loaf is made with our 34 year old sourdough starter and three varieties of olives, Green Olives, Black Kalamata Olives and Blond Kalamata Olives.

THREE CHEESE BLOOMER WITH SOURDOUGH

This Three Cheese Bloomer has been slowly fermented with our original 34 year old sourdough starter. This soft fluffy crumb is complimented by the signature chewy crust and oozes with flavour and indulgence.
